FAQ: Shipping, Returns & Support
Shipping: Orders of in-stock items are turned around within 72 hours. Pre-orders take a minimum of 2 weeks to ship; if your pre-order is out-of-stock with our supplier, we will let you know. We use recycled shipping materials when possible.
Returns: Easy returns on unopened/unused items within 30 days. Contact us if anything arrives off—we’ll make it right.
