Theme: Wear BLACK (feathers and beaks encouraged). Bring a few small shinies to swap—rocks/crystals, jewelry bits, beads, stickers, pins, coins, whatever makes your inner crow go “CAW!”

Crows are weird, cool, brilliantly smart, and absolutely obsessed with shiny things.

Come spend the afternoon making art, hunting shinies, and meeting other cool people. We’ll have a swap table so you can leave a trinket, pick up a treasure, and strike up a chat with the human who brought it. Random cawing permitting and celebrated!

We’re teaming up with Paint Your Poison and Spectrum Splash to pack the day with hands-on fun. Family-friendly and all-inclusive in a queer-affirming safe space. Kid-friendly; children must attend with a parent/guardian.

    • SHINY SWAP TABLE
      Drop a trinket, take a trinket, if you run into the previous owner of your new trinket, strike up a conversation! Leftover trinkets will be given to the local fairies.

  • 1:30 — Scavenger Hunt Kickoff
    Grab a hunt card and follow the clues
  • 2:00 — Paint Your Poison art project ($$ limited seating)
    Guided mini-painting with Amanda J
  • 4:00 — Spectrum Splash poured acrylic painting ($$ limited seating)
    Create your own shiny poured-paint creation
  • 7:00 — Crow Call Contest & Costume Parade
    Feathers, beaks, goth glam, bring it! Prizes for the best caws
  • 7:30 — Crow Call Blessing Ritual
    A short, family-friendly community blessing to close the day
