In this series of class discussions, we will discuss the practical applications of sacred tending when it is focused on the health and well-being of the self. We will walk through aspects of mindset, expected challenges, helpful tools, and larger implications involved in our practice.

Because the classes build on each other, we encourage folks to attend the series, and each class will respond to the interests of folks attending.
