I started Body, Hart, & Soul not only to introduce people to the wonderful and often potent effects of aromatherapy and essential oils, but also to be a source of education on the benefits, uses, and dangers that come with aromatherapy and essential oils.
I’ve been working with essential oils for over 10 years and have a degree in Complementary Alternative Medicine with a focus in Aromatherapy. I graduated with honors and was inducted into an honor society.
I have also always been drawn to helping people around me, especially when it comes to stress and pain. This drew me to Reiki Healing, and in 2018 I was attuned to Level 3 or Master Level Reiki Practitioner.
Reiki sessions are $50 for 30 minutes, or $85 for an hour. Payment is expected at the time of booking. After booking your appointment, please fill out our intake form before arriving.
